- Successful digital strategy implementation for multiple Managed and Franchised owners for Marriott International Bands in the Luxury, Resort, Convention, Mid-scale, and Extend-Stay categories.
- Collaborate closely with Account Marketing Managers, General Managers, Stakeholders, Revenue Leaders, brand teams, third-party agencies, the Hotel’s Director of Marketing, Food and Beverages, and Area Sales Leaders.
- Leverage expertise in digital media management, including cost per acquisition (CPA), PLUS (metasearch, display, and paid search), social media programs, online travel agencies (OTA), travel advertising and promotions
- Responsible for the eCommerce of Marriott.com and OTA, which include Expedia, Booking.com, and Orbitz, for a portfolio of seven full-service hotels and resorts across South Florida
- Contribute to effective strategy planning in partnership with Hotel, Revenue Management, and Marketing teams.
- Led the property, cluster, and brand-level promotional messaging and digital marketing campaign activation for M.com, VBM, and third-party partners in various languages, such as English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Provide analytical results and present new ideas within areas of opportunities.
- Lead the hotel’s search engine optimization efforts, including website and content updates and press releases.
- Significantly achieved consistent customer acquisition through targeted campaigns to over 13 thousand RNs, $2.7 Million in revenue growth with a strong ROI of 9:1 above benchmark.
