  • Led the property, cluster, and brand-level promotional messaging and digital marketing campaign activation for M.com, VBM, and third-party partners in various languages, such as English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Provide analytical results and present new ideas within areas of opportunities.
  • Lead the hotel’s search engine optimization efforts, including website and content updates and press releases.
  • Significantly achieved consistent customer acquisition through targeted campaigns to over 13 thousand RNs, $2.7 Million in revenue growth with a strong ROI of 9:1 above benchmark.
