  • Oversee the successful implementation of digital strategy for multiple managed and franchised brands, including Marriott Hotels and Resorts, Renaissance, Autograph Collection, Marriott Courtyard, and Residence Inn
  • Closely collaborate with Account Marketing Managers, General Managers, Stakeholders, Revenue Leaders, brand teams, and 3rd party agencies, as well as Hotel’s Director of Marketing, Food and Beverages, and Area Sales Leaders
  • Leverage expertise in digital media management, including cost per acquisition (CPA), PLUS (meta search, display, and paid search), social media programs, and online travel agencies (OTA), travel advertising and promotions
  • Responsible for the eCommerce of Marriott.com and OTA, which include Expedia, Booking.com, and Orbitz, for portfolio of seven full-service hotels and resorts across South Florida
  • Contribute to an effective strategy planning, in partnership with Hotel, Revenue Management, and Marketing teams
  • Take charge of property, cluster, and brand-level promotional messaging as well as digital marketing campaigns activation for M.com, VBM and third-party partners in various languages, such as English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Provide analytical results and present new ideas within areas of opportunities
  • Lead the search engine optimization efforts for the hotel, including websites, content updates, and press releases
  • Significantly achieved consistent customer acquisition through targeted campaigns to over 13 thousand RNs, $2.7 Million in revenue growth with a strong ROI of 9:1 above benchmark
  • Made substantial contribution in obtaining the eCommerce Team of the Year award in 2015
